Better - La Mancha Saffron: The finest Spanish-grown saffron with all the quality, but minus the individually numbered seal that is found on the certified origin product. This is the saffron we use in our own kitchen, and highly recommend it for those who want a premium product without the premium price.

Good - Spanish Saffron: The same great saffron as our other varieties, but packed in facility in Alicante. Because this saffron is packed in a modern facility in an urban area, the cost is less to pack and transport, thus the savings are passed on to you.
