Everyone who tries our Amanida brand olives & vegetable mixes are astonished with the flavor. The most common response is "Wow, I've never tasted an olive like these before!" Honestly, this was the same response we had when we discovered this brand in Spain.

Amanida's secret is that instead of curing the olives and immediately bottling with herbs as most producers do, they add in an extra step.To the brine they add in a little anchovy and beef stock. The flavor is so subtle that we couldn't even place the flavor until we were told! It sounds crazy, but adds a subtle richness that makes these the most flavorful olives you have ever tried.

Low sodium when compared to most domestic olives and pickles.

This is my 3rd order, these are great served with warm roasted almonds as an appetizer.
