By Sarah: I got this pan and was a little worried that with the non-stick pan it would be impossible to get the Socarat which is my favorite part of paella (the crusty burned part). However I was really suprised...the socarat turned out perfect. In addition the pan is super easy to clean. Now I use it for all kinds of cooking. It's great for over-easy eggs in the morning for the whole family.
