These olives are the traditional appetizer served prior to every Catalan meal. The robust flavor of these small ripe olives is slightly sweet, yet mildly bitter.

Each product in the Solera Luna line is crafted by hand in a small country kitchen. One kitchen, one cook, one product at a time. Our olives are made in one kitchen by a family who have been harvesting olives since before Columbus. Similarly, the Marcona Almonds come from family run orchards and are packed by hand in a small rustic farm, as are our beans, sauces, and spreads. Each farm has its specialty, each farm has its tradition. We pass that tradition on to you with our Solera Luna line or rustic products.

Be assured, quality and tradition are never compromised, but neither is safety. Each field is certified by the Spanish government; each kitchen in Spain licensed by the United States Food and Drug Administration; and each bottle inspected for safety. No compromises here.
