This solid steel BBQ comes complete with a sturdy fire-box, chrome grill and tongs, stable legs, and retractable supports for a paella pan. This versatile grill is perfect for all things paella!

To use it, simply fill with charcoal briquettes, light, and then you are ready to grill. You can also remove the grill, fill it with charcoal or wood, and then fold in the retractable paella-pan supports to cook your paella 4-6 inches above the open flames. We also like to place one of our cast-iron griddles on top, in place of the paella pan, for 'gambas a la plancha.'

Perhaps the most useful fuction is as a sturdy wind-proof stand for our propane paella burners. Our burners model BN500 and smaller fit inside of this BBQ (in place of the charcoal and grill) so that you may place a paella pan on top and have it be 100% wind proof!
