Mountain chestnut pollen makes for a most mysterious honey. Mildly bitter and remarkably creamy, this honey is the standard by which we compare all other honeys.

Origin: Granada, Spain

This pure honey is all-natural, unrefined, and in its natural state. Should crystallization occur, simply soak the bottom half of the jar in warm water until the honey flows freely.
