The master beekeepers in Spain carefully select their finest batches from the seasons harvest and combine them to make the perfect varietal. Medium-body, rich, yet not bitter.

Lightly honey collected in the Spring (rosemary, thyme, and fruit blossom) are blended with the Fall Varieties (chestnut and lavender) to make the finest of all honey. This pure honey is all-natural, unrefined, and in its natural state. Should crystallization occur, simply soak the bottom half of the jar in warm water until the honey flows freely.
