Far superior to the varieties we find here in the USA, which are often from China or Turkey, these precious little gems are the real thing. Smaller than other varieties, the kernel from the stone-pine cone is very rich in flavor. It may be eaten raw, serves on salads or on fish, or even used in cookies and candies.
