I just got my order and loved everything. I tasted the Chorizo and it's perfect - most of what you buy in the supermarket is not very authentic. This reminded me of my grandmothers. I am so glad I found you. Thanks! Adele.

Mmmm...so good! Just tonight I took some skewers and made up some little kebabs with slices of Riojano chorizo, zucchini, and red bell pepper. I topped it with a quick brush of olive oil and a sprinkle of salt. After a few minutes under the broiler I was ready to eat, and eat it all I did.
