A great assortment of 3 Spanish cheeses. The perfect way to try them all!
Size: 1 Lb minimum weight
Origin: Spain

We have taken a 1/2 to 1/3 portion of our regular cheese and combined them for a great selection. Each order will include 3 individually sealed packs containing about 3-8 oz each, the total weight will be well over 1 Lb. Our selection is mix-and-match, but we are happy to entertain special requests (limited by availability.) Order 2 and we will ensure a good assortment so you can try all our varieties. Selection from: 3 month Manchego, 8 month Unpastirized-Milk Manchego, 12 month Manchego, Idiazabal, Mahon Curado, Murcia al Vino, Zamorano, Roncal, and an occasional seasonal variety.

I purchased this sampler couple weeks ago. It included 2 manchego cheeses 3 and 8 months and the Idiazabal. Idiazabal and the 8 month manchego are my favorite. It is a great way to taste few different kinds of cheese and find your favorite. The sizes are pretty decent.
