We have taken a 1/2 to 1/3 portion of our regular cheese and combined them for a great selection. Each order will include 3 individually sealed packs containing about 3-8 oz each, the total weight will be well over 1 Lb. Our selection is mix-and-match, but we are happy to entertain special requests (limited by availability.) Order 2 and we will ensure a good assortment so you can try all our varieties. Selection from: 3 month Manchego, 8 month Unpastirized-Milk Manchego, 12 month Manchego, Idiazabal, Mahon Curado, Murcia al Vino, Zamorano, Roncal, Cabrales and an occasional seasonal variety.
