The tamer cousin to our Piquillo Peppers, these Morrones are sweet and and are extra-mild, but share the same vibrant color and rich smokey flavor.

Origin: Navarra, Spain

Extra-large whole peppers are perfect for stuffing and match perfectly with delicate ingredients without overpowering. The Smokey flavor and tanginess is toned down when compared to a piquillo, so make a great option for salads where color is a plus.
