Environmental Care Policy

At HotPaella.com we firmly believe that it is our responsibility to take an active part in preserving the environment. As part of our ongoing commitment to the environment we are continuously trying to improve our order fulfillment system to reduce our impact on the Earth.

What we do:

• All packages are packed with 'air pillow' style packing material. Air pillows use 95% less material to manufacture that other packing materials, are easily recycled and reused, and use virtually no landfill space if they do end up in the trash.
• All invoices, packing slips, and receipts are printed on paper made with recycled content.
• 100% of inbound shipping boxes are reused or recycled in our on-location recycling center.
• Lighting at our location has been retrofitted to compact fluorescent and fluorescent fixtures to help reduce our carbon footprint.

We welcome suggestions in ways that we may further reduce our carbon footprint and better utilize our materials for reuse and recycling.

Remember, Re-use is even better than Recycling!
