Shipping Policy

  • All orders generally ship within 1-2 business days.
  • All items are in stock and ship immediately unless indicated otherwise. Backordered items and special orders will display a message to you that they are not in stock and may be subject to delay.
  • Expidited shipping (next day air, 2 day, 3 day) ship the same day provided that the order is received by 2pm Pacific Standard Time (5pm Eastern.)
  • Certain items which are extremely perishable require overnight/next day air shipping. Please refer to the item descriptions for special shipping considerations.
  • Orders with perishable items may be held until the start of the following week to avoid being in transit over the weekend. To ensure same-week shipping, Next Day Air orders must be placed prior to Thursday's shipping cut-off and 2nd Day Air orders must be placed prior to Wednesday's shipping cut-off.
  • We do not charge a handling or box charge on any order.
  • On average, shipping cost fall into the $8-$20 range for most orders depending on the weight and destination.
  • We reserve the right to make changes to the shipping fees at any time. In the event an adjustment is necessary, you will be contected for apprival prior to shipping the package or making any changes.

    Shipping depends on what you order and where you live. Click the "Shipping Rates" button on the shopping cart page, and a variety of shipping options will be shown to you.

    For your convenience, you will not be charged until you approve the shipping charges. You also have the option to cancel your order at checkout if the shipping charges do not meet with your approval.

    How are the shipping charges calculated?
    Shipping charges depend on the weight of the items being ordered and how far the package has to travel. We are located in California, so deliveries to the East Coast of the USA will cost just a bit more than those to the West Coast.

    The rates quoted on our site are calculated based on the items that you have added to your shopping cart. The data is sent electronically to the shipping provider and an accurate real-time quote is provided for you. We charge the actual shipping rates quoted to you by the shipping provider; we do not make a profit on the shipping. Being as the shipping quote is an automated process, if you feel that there is an error please notify us and we will do our best to remedy the situation.

    Do you ship to Canada, Puerto Rico, Guam, APO addresses, etc.?
    Yes! We are happy to ship to Canada, Puerto Rico, Guam, APO addresses, and other US territories. Orders to these countries will ship via the US postal service.
