By Benjamin Rodrigues: Authentic Spanish chorizo. No Spanish chorizo made in the U.S. can match its flavor. Such a versatile sausage. You can use it in omelets, in pot of beans, a corn tortilla quesadillas and of course on flat breads like focaccia and pizza. I like pepperoni, salami not so much. But put this chorizo on a homemade pizza and you'll wonder why pizzerias don't use it as a topping (prob. too expensive). The best description of Palacio chorizo on pizza - a flavor explosion.
