Return Policy

Have a return? No problem! At your satisfaction is our top priority. We are happy to accept returns and exchanges on regular price items, so buy with confidence.

  • We request that items be returned within 30 days of arrival.
  • New and unused regular price ceramics, books, and cookware may be returned for a full refund.
  • Food items are non-returnable except in case of spoilage or breakage.
  • Refunds are given in the same method as payment (such as a refund to your credit card.) In all other cases, store credit will be given.
  • Loss, breakage, or spoilage claims must be made within 7 days.
  • For Returns and Exchanges, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping, but we will ship any replacement item for free.
  • Shipping is refundable only in cases of loss, breakage, spoilage, or error on our part. In all other cases, buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
  • Final sale on all sale items.

Where to send returns:

Please ship all returns using an insured service with delivery confirmation such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS Priority Mail. (Regular USPS mail is not tracked or insured.)

Please include a copy of the original packing slip, order receipt, RMA number, or a note with your full contact information.
