It cooks perfectly and is thick and heavy. I use it with a Weber 22.5" Grill and fits great. It is not difficult to clean at all even if you burn a bit of rice. The only thing is that this size is for 10 people, 12 max (not 16 as mentioned). Great Product!, Highly Recommended!.
