Flavors of Spain - Rabitos

Rabitos Royale

Background: The History of Rabitos Royale

A long, long time ago (1989 ha, ha) in a village in southwestern Spain, a young couple came up with the idea or mixing dried figs with chocolate and called it Rabitos Royale. These decadent brandy-fudge stuffed figs dipped in rich chocolate have a sophisticated look and mature taste. Wonderful on their own, but even better when paired with wine, as the tender fig, creamy fudge, and crisp shell are without compare.
