Out of the 5 varieties, the flor de sal with herbs is my absolute favorite. Because of the coarse grain it is a little potent (so use a little less than you would normal salt) but the outcome of your recipes is wow! I like to add a little to some chicken breast and sautee in EVOO, that it, nothing else needed. My wife also likes to add the flor de sal and some paprika to chicken and she absolutely loves it (unfortunately, I don't really prefer it with the paprika, but don't tell her I said so:)

By Laura: One of my favorite products from your web site is this salt. I use it on everything: chicken, bread, salad,... anything. I always have to have it in my kitchen, or the food just doesn't taste the same.
