Hand Harvested Mediterranean Sea Salt with Herbs
Our Favorite! Full of flavor and rich with freshly dried Oregano, Rosemary, Marjoram, Thyme, and Summer Savory. A Great addition to all things grilled, sautéed, and sauces.
Origin: Mallorca, Spain
Flor de Sal d' Es Trenc is among the most pure, natural, and mineral rich sea salt you will find. It hails from the sunny shores of Mallorca and is harvested by hand. The Mediterranean blend is a mix of organic air-dried herbs.
Tips for use of Hand Harvested Mediterranean Sea Salt with Herbs:
• Turn your salad into something special with sprinkle of salt.
• Make an herb crusted steak come alive with a dash of salt on each side.
• Give fish a hint of an earthy flavor when you sprinkle it with salt before you grill it.
Out of the 5 varieties, the flor de sal with herbs is my absolute favorite. Because of the coarse grain it is a little potent (so use a little less than you would normal salt) but the outcome of your recipes is wow! I like to add a little to some chicken breast and sautee in EVOO, that it, nothing else needed. My wife also likes to add the flor de sal and some paprika to chicken and she absolutely loves it (unfortunately, I don't really prefer it with the paprika, but don't tell her I said so:)

By Mickey: I was introduced to the salt when I visited Majorca. The flavour is absolute amazing. I bought it as a present but then I got hooked on it once I tried it. Try the one with olives, it is another of my favorites.

By Laura: One of my favorite products from your web site is this salt. I use it on everything: chicken, bread, salad,... anything. I always have to have it in my kitchen, or the food just doesn't taste the same.
